What changes have you witnessed in Costa Rica in recent years? What needs have arisen as a result of those changes?

As Costa Rica has developed, certain needs have arisen, including the need to become part of a globalized world and the need to further develop the country’s commitment to the environment. These needs have established opportunities for further investment in education, infrastructure, communication skills such as English as a second language, and technological growth and attracting knowledge to the country.
