About
La Colectiva Valle Machuca is a women-led nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the ecological, social, and economic resilience of the Machuca Valley watershed. Built on years of community-led action and formally established in 2026, the organization brings together residents, producers, artists, and local leaders to care for the territory and the people who call it home. Through initiatives focused on watershed restoration, local food systems, community wellbeing, and regenerative economies, La Colectiva fosters collaboration, cultural exchange, and sustainable development. Its work helps create a thriving community where environmental stewardship and human wellbeing go hand in hand.

Current Need
As La Colectiva Valle Machuca continues to grow, its focus is on strengthening the initiatives that connect environmental regeneration, community wellbeing, and local economic resilience. Support will help expand participation in watershed restoration efforts, increase opportunities for local producers and emerging regenerative projects, strengthen community governance, and build long-term organizational sustainability. By investing in these efforts, partners contribute to a model where culture, ecology, and community prosperity are woven together to create lasting impact in the Machuca Valley.
Growing Stronger Every Year
