About
Asociación Incubadora de Liderazgo Más Costa Rica (+CR) is an independent, nonpartisan organization dedicated to strengthening democracy through ethical, diverse, and effective public leadership. Founded in 2023 and inspired by the RenovaBR model, +CR equips emerging leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to serve their communities and contribute to public decision-making. Through specialized training programs and continuous learning opportunities, the organization helps develop leaders capable of building consensus, driving positive change, and advancing democratic values across Costa Rica.

Current Need
In 2026, +CR aims to expand its impact by training 330 additional political leaders, with at least half of participants being women. The organization is also strengthening its operational capacity through the implementation of a CRM system and developing tools to measure the long-term social value of its programs. Continued support will help scale leadership development opportunities, improve organizational efficiency, and strengthen the pipeline of ethical, well-prepared leaders committed to Costa Rica’s democratic future.
