Teatro de la Tierra is a bilingual theater company based in Atenas, Costa Rica, dedicated to artistic research, training, and original performance creation. Through immersive educational programs, community engagement initiatives, and professional productions, the organization fosters creativity, collaboration, and cultural dialogue across generations. Its work creates opportunities for youth, emerging artists, and community members to develop confidence, self-expression, and meaningful connections through the performing arts. Current Need
Teatro de la Tierra is expanding access to performing arts education and cultural programming for youth, adults, and communities in Atenas and San Mateo. Support helps sustain the Hijos de la Tierra youth program, strengthen adult acting training, and grow community engagement through monthly play readings and original productions. By keeping programs affordable and accessible, the organization can continue fostering creativity, inclusion, cultural exchange, and meaningful community connections through the performing arts.
