About
CADENA Costa Rica is a humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting communities affected by emergencies, disasters, and humanitarian crises. As the humanitarian arm of the Jewish Community, the organization works alongside vulnerable populations to provide timely, dignified, and effective assistance. Since establishing its presence in Costa Rica following Hurricane Otto in 2016, CADENA has expanded its impact through emergency response, water access initiatives, community preparedness programs, and volunteer engagement. By combining rapid action with long-term resilience efforts, the organization helps communities recover, adapt, and prepare for future challenges.
