Fundación Monge is a nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for vulnerable youth through STEM education, leadership development, technical training, and access to dignified employment. Working alongside public, private, and social-sector partners, the Foundation develops measurable programs designed to promote social mobility, personal growth, and greater economic opportunity. Its initiatives support students from public and technical schools as well as university students, combining academic and technical skills with socioemotional development, mental health support, and employability preparation.

Current Need
Scaling educational and employment opportunities for vulnerable youth requires strong, sustainable partnerships. Fundación Monge seeks to expand public-private collaboration to increase the reach and long-term impact of its programs in STEM education, employability, mental health, and personal development. Individuals and organizations can contribute through student sponsorships, donations, strategic alliances, volunteering, and program funding, helping more young people gain the skills and support they need to pursue education, dignified employment, and greater social mobility.
