We are a local organization that emerged from a successful initiative incubated by VélezReyes+. They provide seed funding for our operations and access to RenovaBR's methodology, which has been adapted to the Costa Rican context.
We have the technical support and access to RenovaBR's methodology, a renowned non-profit organization that has trained over 2,000 individuals in Brazil. Their training program has been highly successful, with 174 of their graduates holding positions in the government and 300 others having influence in the public sphere.
At +Costa Rica, we aim to add value. We invite you to activate your patriotic spirit and channel your transformative energy.We create spaces for high-quality dialogue and training, where together we can find solutions to our country's needs and strengthen democracy.
Our program aims to identify and train 80 individuals with high leadership potential who are strongly committed to democracy. Our training program consists of 100 hours of education delivered by national and international experts through both in-person and virtual modules, using interactive methodologies and practical case studies.
Topics covered include leadership, negotiation and dialogue, communication, municipal public management, integrity, transparency, and preparation for electoral campaigns, among others.
Over a period of 10 weeks in August, September, and October 2023, you will have the opportunity to participate in this intensive and comprehensive program that will enhance your skills and knowledge in key areas of public administration.
