Adriana is a proud Costa Rican with extensive experience in project management, communications, fundraising and community engagement.

After many years working in San José and in corporate multinational environments, she decided to move closer to the ocean and settle in Costa Rica's stunning Pacific coast, where she has now dedicated over a decade to supporting local nonprofits. Her nonprofit work includes meaningful projects like wildlife conservation, local civic associations, emergency services, recycling, and coastal reforestation.

Adriana is passionate about helping organizations grow their impact and build lasting relationships with supporters. As Affiliate Coordinator, she draws on her hands-on field experience to empower nonprofits with the skills and confidence they need to cultivate long-term authentic connections with donors and advocates around the globe, fostering positive change within Costa Rica.
