Stacey Moreau is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in organizational development, culture, and inclusion. Most recently, she served as a Senior Executive of Culture, Inclusion & Development at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) Canada. Prior to joining OSFI, Stacey worked at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as Director of the Leadership Development Centre at the Canadian Police College. She also led various programs at the Canada Revenue Agency, Canada School of Public Service as well as at the Canadian International Development Agency.
Stacey holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Critical Policy, Equity, and Leadership Studies from Western University. as well as a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. She earned a Master of Education (MEd) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Ottawa and completed both a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from the University of South Africa.
