To achieve the goals that an organization sets itself, the standards of conduct of its members must be guided by the highest criteria of personal ethics, professional excellence and organizational responsibility. Throughout the existence of the Association, the values that characterize it and that define its work philosophy, have not been formally established, being established as the main corporate values that identify, the daily life of the organization's collaborators, the following : Solidarity, Commitment, Constancy, Honesty, Equality, Respect, Learning and Innovation.
As part of the strategic plan of the organization, it has rethought its current goals, in order to integrate them and broadly and specifically address its actions, for the well-being of the people to whom it directs its social work, being the purposes approved by the Assembly the following:
