Ignite, Equip, Mobilise

We work with a global movement of young people who are generating solutions to the most urgent crises facing the planet. Young people use Raleigh’s unique 'Ignite, Equip, Mobilise' model as they move from being contributors and collaborators on projects creating change to initiators who are leading the action they want to see.

Our programs offer the opportunity to young people a platform to explore, develop and grow to ignite a youth-led action that creates solutions to a fair, inclusive and green world.

This journey starts as a volunteer in one of our Expeditions in Costa Rica; serving in Natural Resources Management project at National Parks, building educational infrastructure in Indigenous Territories and engaging in a leadership challenge on a Trek throughout 200Km.

We also create together with corporate and institutional partners projects to provide the young people with the opportunity to contribute to social development projects like environmental education, natural resource management, hackathons, youth journalism, youth enterprises accelerators and skill-based volunteerism to achieve an active citizenship of the young people.
