CINDE decided, as a priority, to explore the opportunities that the 4.0 revolution brings, and making them happen through education transformation focusing in technical and academic careers related to STEAM.

Therefore, CINDE has worked jointly with El Museo de los Niños to create the first STEAM Workshop in Costa Rica, a hotbed of opportunities to awaken the interest of our children and adults in science, technology, engineering, arts and math careers. We envision this project as a key first step towards that necessary educational transformation.

This very ambitious project requires funding that neither CINDE nor the Museo de los Niños can afford on their own, both being NGOs.

Help us transform Costa Rica by making our future generations feel passionate and pursue a STEAM career. For many of them, their first contact with STEAM in a non-academic space will be this workshop. Children will engage in STEAM problem solving, through cutting edge technology and activities, showing them that they can be part of a solution by specializing in these careers.

We want to potentiate Costa Rica’s development through the promotion of scientific and technological learning experiences.
